Help Needed for Father Rob
Updated 6/18/2024
To Members of the SJA Parish, School & General Public,
Thank you for your continued prayers for Father Rob, the Parish & All involved. As you may have seen, the news media has covered Interviews with Chris Magruder & Dom Raso. The objective of these interviews was to speak to the remarkable character of Father Rob and the positive impact the Lord has allowed him to make on each of us in our parish. With the confusion and lack of transparency from the diocese, we need to do our part in restoring the reputation of Father Rob. From our review of the media's use of these interviews, we believe this has been effectively accomplished. A letter was sent to all the local news agencies which is also shared below.

"And after crying out and convulsing him terribly, it (the demon) came out, and the boy was like a corpse; so that most of them said, 'He is Dead'. But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose. And when he had entered the house, his disciples asked him privately, 'Why could we not cast it out?' And he said to them, 'This kind cannot be driven out by anything but prayer and fasting.'" -Mark 9:26-29
Weekly Fasting for Fr. Rob
As we continue to pursue options for healing & closure please consider undertaking the following action:
Please continue to attend adoration and spend time with the Lord. Let's offer up the last hour of our weekly adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (6:00pm to 6:45pm) to be dedicated to the healing of our parish and all affected. Only God can provide the grace needed for the miracles we pray for.
"From the Eucharist comes strength to live the Christian life and zeal to share that life with others."
- Pope John Paul II
"The Eucharist bathes the tormented soul in light and love. Then the soul appreciates these words, 'Come all you who are sick, I will restore your health.'"
- St. Bernadette Soubirous
Weekly Adoration
Thank the Parish Staff & Deacons
The loss of father rob in his administrative & pastoral role has left gaps that needed to be filled in order to serve you as the parishioners. The parish staff & the deacons are working extremely hard to serve our parish to ensure it continues to function to the best of its abilities.
Please take the time to thank them when you see them. They truly deserve our love & support.
